Vanessa de Pagter started as a candidate notary in Krommenie in 1997 and moved to Alkmaar in 2017. She has been with our firm as a notary since 2018. Her speciality and interest lies mainly in family law.
Vanessa advises families and individuals on asset structuring and stipulating relational agreements. From cohabitation contracts, (life) wills and prenuptial agreements to asset structuring with legal entities. She often works closely with financial estate planners and tax specialists, for example to structure wealth transfers to the next generation.
Her strength lies in providing advice in relation to the (financially) optimal structuring in combination with attention to personal preferences and family relationships. Vanessa is therefore very experienced in asking the right questions in order to discover the exact preferences.
